Анотація
Актуальність. Внутрішньоматкові патологічні процеси, найпоширені- шими нозологіями яких є лейоміома, аденоміоз та інфільтративна форма аденокарциноми, нині являють досить розповсюджену групу гінеколо- гічної патології, небезпечну через можливість злоякісності та рецидиву- вання. Розроблення інтегрованого неінвазивного діагностичного підходу, який бере до уваги чинники ризику, симптоми, клінічне обстеження та візуалізацію, створює можливість встановлення точного діагнозу для визначення терапевтичної тактики.
Мета роботи – провести систематичний аналіз сучасної наукової літера- тури щодо застосування методів візуалізації в діагностиці патологічних процесів матки та визначити основні напрямки їхнього розвитку при зазначених патологіях.
Матеріали та методи. Було проаналізовано і систематизовано дані повно- текстових публікацій у закордонних (англомовних) наукових виданнях за період 2013–2020 рр., відібраних шляхом пошуку в базах даних Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection і PubMed за ключовими словами «adenomy- osis», «leiomyoma», «adenocarcinoma», «sonography», «sonoelastography». Результати та їх обговорення. Складність діагностики новоутворень міометрія, особливо їхньої сполученості, спрямовує на пошук нових алгоритмів діагностики патологічних процесів міометрія, метою чого, у кінцевому рахунку, є визначення персоніфікованої тактики лікування хворих жінок. За даними літератури, останнім часом усе частіше застосовують можливості соноеластографії в діагностиці хвороб репродуктивної системи та оцінюванні стану тканин матки, що сприяє диференційній діагностиці, моніторингу та лікуванню зазначених захворювань.
Висновки. На сьогодні зазначається обмежена кількість досліджень щодо питань діагностики патології матки та брак загальних стандартів техніки проведення та інтерпретації отриманих результатів соноеластографії при патології репродуктивної системи. Додавання даних соноеластографії до сірошкальних діагностичних зображень є корисним для диференціації лейоміоми, аденоміозу та нормальної матки, що відбивається у підвищенні точності та діагностичній узгодженості. Перспективність соноеластографії полягає в підвищенні точності діагностики, безпечності та доступності методу, невеликій вартості. Це сприяє можливості більш широкого впровадження методу в клінічну практику з метою отримання додаткової діагностичної інформації.
